💡 How It Works

We only accept cards that work through Visa and Mastercard payment networks. If your GCash, Maya, or GoTyme has a Visa/Mastercard number, it will work. Direct wallet payments are not supported.

    Subscription Activation

    When you upgrade to Pro, your billing cycle begins immediately. You get instant access to all Pro features.

    Billing Date Assignment

    Your billing date is set based on when you subscribe. If you subscribe on the 29th-31st, it’s automatically adjusted to the 28th.

    Automatic Renewal

    On your billing date, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged.

    Invoice & Receipt

    You’ll receive an email receipt immediately after successful payment, along with a detailed invoice for your records.

You’ll receive email notifications for:

  • 7 days before renewal: Reminder of upcoming charge
  • 24 hours before renewal: Final reminder with amount
  • Successful payment: Receipt and invoice
  • Failed payment: Instructions to update payment method
  • Cancellation confirmation: End date of your current period

From Your Dashboard

  1. Log into your Launchpad account 2. Go to Account Settings > Billing 3. Click “Update Payment Method” 4. Enter new payment information 5. Save changes and verify

During Failed Payment

  1. Check your email for payment failure notice 2. Click the “Update Payment” link 3. Enter valid payment information 4. Your subscription will resume immediately

Access your complete billing history:

  • Invoice Downloads: PDF invoices for accounting
  • Payment History: All successful and failed transactions
  • Subscription Changes: Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations
  • Account Activity: Login history and feature usage logs

Bank doesn’t support USD/PHP conversion

If your payment fails:

  1. Immediate Action: Update your payment method within 3 days
  2. Grace Period: You maintain Pro access for 7 days after failure
  3. Account Suspension: After 7 days, account reverts to Free plan
  4. Data Retention: All your data is preserved for 30 days
  5. Easy Restoration: Simply update payment to restore full access

Cancel your subscription anytime without penalties. You keep Pro access until your current billing period ends.

  5. Keep Using: Continue using Pro features until period ends
