The referral program is now available in your Launchpad account! You can access the referral interface and start sharing, but please note that this is still a prototype system and everything is subject to change as we continue development.

- Pro Subscription: You must have an active Pro subscription to participate
- Valid Signup: Friend must use your unique referral link
- Account Creation: They must complete account registration
- First Activity: Create at least one digital business card

Points are typically awarded within 24 hours of your referred friend creating their first digital card. You’ll receive an email notification when points are credited.
Is this feature still changing?
Yes, the referral program is currently a prototype. While it’s functional and you can earn real rewards, we’re still refining features, reward values, and mechanics based on user feedback and testing.
Can I refer family members living in the same house?
Yes, but each person must have their own legitimate need for a Launchpad account. Multiple accounts from the same household are allowed but will be reviewed for genuine use.
Do my points expire?
No! Your referral points don’t expire. You can accumulate them over time but redeeming is disabled for now as we continue to develop the program.
What happens if my referred friend cancels their account?
Your referral points are maintained permanently! Even if a referred friend deletes their account later, your earned points remain in your account. We only remove points for fraud or policy violations, not for normal account deletions.
Can I share my referral link publicly on social media?
Absolutely! Social media sharing is encouraged. Just make sure your posts provide value and aren’t seen as spam by the platform or your followers.
