Your profile settings are the foundation of your Launchpad experience. Here you can manage your personal information, security settings, and account preferences to ensure your account is secure and up-to-date.
To access your profile settings:
Log into your Launchpad account
Click on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen
Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu that appears
Navigate to Account Settings - This will take you to the Profile & Security tab

Your Account Settings has four main tabs: Profile & Security , Location
Information , Plan & Billing , and Referral . The Profile & Security
tab contains all your personal and security settings.

Upload or change your profile image
Click “Choose File” to upload a new photo
Supported formats: JPG and PNG

Account Security
Protect your account with a strong password. Regular password updates help maintain account security.
To update your password:
Enter Current Password - Verify your identity with your existing password
Create New Password - Enter a strong, unique password
Confirm New Password - Re-type your new password to ensure accuracy
Click “Change Password” - Save your new password securely
Strong Password Tips
Create a secure password:
At least 8 characters long
Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
Include numbers and special characters
Avoid personal information or common words

Don’t share your password with anyone
Use a unique password for Launchpad
Consider using a password manager
Update regularly for maximum security

Important Considerations:
Permanent Action : Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
Data Loss : All your digital cards, contacts, and account data will be permanently removed
No Recovery : There is no way to restore a deleted account or its data
Immediate Effect : Deletion happens immediately after confirmation
To delete your account:
Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of Profile Settings
Read the warning about permanent deletion
Click “Delete Account” button
Confirm your decision in the popup dialog
Account is immediately deleted with no recovery option

Profile Picture Not Uploading?
Check file size (must be under 5MB)
