Profile Settings

Your profile settings are the foundation of your Launchpad experience. Here you can manage your personal information, security settings, and account preferences to ensure your account is secure and up-to-date.

To access your profile settings:

  1. Log into your Launchpad account
  2. Click on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen
  3. Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu that appears
  4. Navigate to Account Settings - This will take you to the Profile & Security tab

Keep your personal information current to ensure you receive important account notifications and maintain professional credibility.

Upload or change your profile image

  • Click “Choose File” to upload a new photo
  • Supported formats: JPG and PNG
  • Recommended size: 400x400 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 5MB

Keep your details up-to-date

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email address (used for notifications)
  • Contact number with country code
  • All fields help with account verification

First Name

  • Your given name as it appears on your digital business cards
  • Used for personalizing your Launchpad experience
  • Can be updated anytime

Last Name

  • Your family name or surname
  • Appears on your profile and cards
  • Professional networking identification

Email Address

  • Primary contact for account notifications
  • Used for login and password recovery
  • Must be a valid, accessible email address

Contact Number

  • Include country code (e.g., PH +63)
  • Used for account verification if needed
  • Helps with customer support communications

🔐 Account Security

Protect your account with a strong password. Regular password updates help maintain account security.

To update your password:

  1. Enter Current Password - Verify your identity with your existing password
  2. Create New Password - Enter a strong, unique password
  3. Confirm New Password - Re-type your new password to ensure accuracy
  4. Click “Change Password” - Save your new password securely

Strong Password Tips

Create a secure password:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include numbers and special characters
  • Avoid personal information or common words

Password Security

Keep your account safe:

  • Don’t share your password with anyone
  • Use a unique password for Launchpad
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Update regularly for maximum security

Important Considerations:

  • Permanent Action: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
  • Data Loss: All your digital cards, contacts, and account data will be permanently removed
  • No Recovery: There is no way to restore a deleted account or its data
  • Immediate Effect: Deletion happens immediately after confirmation

To delete your account:

  1. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of Profile Settings
  2. Read the warning about permanent deletion
  3. Click “Delete Account” button
  4. Confirm your decision in the popup dialog
  5. Account is immediately deleted with no recovery option

Can’t Save Changes?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure all required fields are filled
  • Try refreshing the page and re-entering information
  • Contact support if issues persist

Forgot Current Password?

  • Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page
  • Check your email for reset instructions
  • Create a new strong password when prompted

Profile Picture Not Uploading?

  • Check file size (must be under 5MB)
  • Ensure file format is JPG, or PNG
  • Try a different image if the current one fails
  • Clear browser cache and try again
