Location Information

Your location information helps personalize your Launchpad experience and ensures you receive region-appropriate pricing, features, and support. This information is also useful for networking with other professionals in your area and for location-based features.

To manage your location settings:

  1. Log into your Launchpad account
  2. Click on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu
  4. Navigate to Account Settings
  5. Click on the “Location Information” tab

State / Province

  • Your state, province, or administrative region
  • Helps with local tax calculations if applicable
  • Assists with regional customer support
  • Optional but recommended for better service

City

  • Your city or municipality
  • Used for local networking features (future)
  • Helps with timezone detection
  • Optional field for enhanced experience

Postal Code

  • Your ZIP code or postal code
  • Most precise location identifier
  • May be required for certain payment methods
  • Helps with shipping if physical items are involved

Regional Pricing

Philippines Users:

  • Pro Plan: ₱120/year
  • PHP pricing and local payment methods
  • GCash, Maya, and local bank support
Local Currency

International Pricing

Other Countries:

  • Pro Plan: $30/year
  • USD pricing structure
  • International payment methods
Global Access

To update your location details:

  1. Navigate to Location Information tab in Account Settings
  2. Fill in the relevant fields:
    • Country: Select from dropdown or type to search
    • State/Province: Enter your administrative region
    • City: Type your city name
    • Postal Code: Enter your ZIP or postal code
  3. Click “Save Location” to confirm your changes

Update your location when:

  • You move to a new address
  • You relocate to a different country (affects pricing)
  • You need access to different payment methods
  • Your postal code changes
  • You want more accurate regional features

  • Verify all required fields are completed

Wrong Pricing After Location Update?

  • Pricing changes may take a few minutes to update
  • Log out and log back in to refresh your session
  • Contact support if pricing doesn’t update within 24 hours

State/Province Not Recognized?

  • Try common abbreviations (e.g., “CA” for California)
  • Use full state/province names
  • Check for spelling errors
  • Leave blank if not applicable to your country
